I had been searching for a Mejuri piece that had been sold out for a while in my location, and called the Hayes Street location near the end of the day to see if by any chance the item could be shipped from their store. Angela from Hayes Street was so accommodating and patient and kept me in touch with the whole process - I was able to get the item just over a week later, which was incredible! Super appreciate the customer service. :)

I had a great shopping experience. One woman was incredibly helpful and kind, I wish I got her name. She helped me pick out jewelry to go with a gown I was wearing to a black tie wedding. I ended up not keeping the earrings and returned them about 2 days after purchasing, kept the ring. Return was easy and fast. I was helped by the same woman and she made the return feel comfortable; I feel like it can be awkward sometimes returning items but the customer service here was good! I will be coming back again for future purchases.

I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

Alise and Tara are so amazing! They stayed extra to get my order sorted and were super patient and kind through the process. The customer service here was 11/10. I keep coming back for the cool designs but more importantly the awesome customer service!

I’ve been in multiple times, to browse, purchase and even make returns and exchanges and every single time the girls working there have been extremely helpful & friendly- it’s always been a good experience! their jewelry selection is gorgeous especially if you’re into gold

Jada and Simone were both really nice, and very helpful in finding the right sizes for the rings I was interested in. Simone was very knowledgeable about the jewelry materials and both associates were very transparent about gold vermeil vs their solid gold jewelry.

I had a very nice experience picking up a tennis bracelet here. All of the associates and security guard were very friendly and helpful. I had to exchange the bracelet because there was an issue with one of the links, but the process was very smooth and pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
